Listing is free
There is no charge to list your business, set up your profile or receive requests.
You pay only for bookings
The fee is 5% of the booking value, never more than $300 per booking. Founding vendors (approved before ZAWAJ opens to couples) pay no fee on their first two bookings through ZAWAJ. Replies and quotes are always free; only a booking counts.
What counts as a ZAWAJ booking
A couple first contacted you through ZAWAJ and booked you within 12 months of that first request, wherever the deal was closed.
When the fee is due
Once the couple has paid you in full. We tell you when a fee is due and how to pay it. ZAWAJ never handles the couple’s payment to you.
Keep your requests up to date
Mark each request Replied, Quote sent, Booked or Declined in your vendor portal. Couples mark bookings too, because it updates their budget and tasks.
First contact goes through ZAWAJ
Couples reach you by sending a request through ZAWAJ, which keeps a dated record of the introduction. We never show your phone number or email on your profile. After the first request, talk however you like.
Your profile is yours
Your photos and words must be your own work. ZAWAJ approves new vendors, frames your photos the same way across the site and may hide a photo or a listing that doesn’t belong.
Leaving
You can ask us to take your listing down at any time. Fees for bookings already made still apply.
Limits
ZAWAJ introduces couples and vendors; your agreement with a couple is between you and them. ZAWAJ is provided as it is, and as far as the law allows we aren’t responsible for a couple’s decisions, a booking that falls through, or interruptions to the site. Our total responsibility to you is never more than the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms and will tell you by email before a change applies to you. These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota. Last updated October 2026.
