What ZAWAJ is
A planner and a directory. We help you find vendors who fit, plan your events, budget and tasks, and send requests. The vendors are independent businesses, not ZAWAJ staff.
Your booking is with the vendor
When you book a vendor, the agreement is between you and them: the price, what’s included, deposits, changes and cancellations. ZAWAJ is not part of that agreement and can’t guarantee a vendor’s work.
You pay vendors directly
ZAWAJ never takes or handles your payments to vendors. Using ZAWAJ to plan is free for couples.
Matches and estimates are a guide
Fit scores, availability and price estimates come from what vendors tell us and what you tell us. Always confirm the date, price and details with the vendor before you book.
Sample content
Before we open, vendors, reviews and photos marked Sample are made up to show how ZAWAJ works. You can’t book a Sample vendor.
Using ZAWAJ well
Send honest requests about a real wedding, be respectful in messages, and don’t use ZAWAJ to spam, harass or mislead anyone, or to try to get around how the site works. We can pause or close an account that does.
Your plan and the people you invite
Your plan is yours. You let us store it and show it to you and to the people you invite: your partner can see and edit all of it; helpers can see the plan and tick off tasks you give them, but not money or your requests to vendors. Keep your sign-in email secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in.
Your privacy
How we keep and share your information is in our privacy policy.
Limits
ZAWAJ is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for a vendor’s services, for losses from a booking, or for interruptions to the site.
Leaving
You can stop using ZAWAJ at any time and ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@planzawaj.com.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms and will say so on the site; using ZAWAJ after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota. Last updated October 2026.
